Harold W. Trott was a doctor, author, pilot and raised foxes in Hemlock, NY during the early 20th century. He was one of 5 people to own Amelia Earharts’ “Avian” aeroplane and captured her at the opening of Canastota, NY Airport in 1928. Trott also captured the Navy Aerial Show and Charles Lindbergh and Emilio Carranza at an airport in New York City hours before Carranzas’ fateful crash in New Jersey. Mike and Shari West loaned this material after purchasing it from the Trott Family in the late 1980s.
